Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Essex Junction, VT
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor role with great pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer 1099 positions with refrigerated routes across all 48 states, providing substantial earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- Stay out for 3-4 weeks, then enjoy 4-5 days at home, ensuring you have ample time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, designed with a diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure comfort during long trips.
No Touch Freight:
- Handle refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch operations across all states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, distributed as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, in addition to a year-end profit-sharing bonus of 10%.
Running Area:
- Enjoy over-the-road travel covering all 48 states, with a variety of refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.
Benefits:
- This 1099 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for individuals 18 years and older at no additional cost. A pet policy is also available, requiring a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
