Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy settings
• Ability to manage a caseload ranging from 30-50 students
• Comfort with hybrid work routines: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct OT services for K-12 students, both in-person and virtually
• Develop and implement individualized IEP/504 plans; document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student advocacy
