INTERIM CFO
Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 Ready to step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll work directly with executive leadership and the Board? Key Responsibilities for the Interim CFO:
• Oversee and supervise work performed by the third-party accounting team, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Maintain and regularly update the organization's capital forecast
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to the Board of Directors
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Interim CFO:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Advanced Excel skills preferred (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Real estate industry experience preferred
