Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role, with a preference for those with a background in the industry. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP. The CFO will be expected to have a strong educational background, with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, and a preference for candidates with an MBA or CPA.
