They are looking for a Senior Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting deal execution across technology‑driven transactions. Open to H1‑B transfer sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions in the technology sector. Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and industry research. Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation. Collaborate closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes end‑to‑end. Qualifications Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 1 year or more of Investment Banking experience; technology sector experience highly preferred.
