Experienced Investment Banking Analyst - Technology / TMT

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. Why Nfluence World class banking franchise with significant expertise and track record across the Technology landscape A culture focused on employee growth and development beyond just banking skill sets and expertise Integral leadership development at all levels – every Nfluence team member participates in regular calls with external corporate coach and internal Nfluence team where we practice communication, peer-to-peer coaching and personal growth Passion for diversity and inclusion Growing focus on working with mission-aligned companies Responsibilities Build financial analyses including financial models, valuation analyses, and merger modeling Draft marketing materials including sell-side memoranda and private placement memoranda Conduct TMT industry, market, and company research Support live deal execution, diligence processes, and client deliverables Assist with business development initiatives, prospective client opportunities, and industry conference preparation Coordinate discussions, analyses, and conclusions with senior team members and clients Requirements 1–2 years of prior Investment Banking experience required— not including internships Prior Technology or TMT transaction experience required Strong preference for candidates with middle market or boutique investment banking experience Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skill set Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, merger modeling, and accounting principles Experience supporting live M&A and/or capital raising transactions Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nfluence Partners
