Project Operations Specialist

Supporting the USPS Manager of Product Prep and Payment, the full-time Project Operations Specialist will oversee cross-functional communications, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver strategic operational solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage schedule creation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management for Product Prep and Payment projects Facilitate communication between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT, ensuring timely resolution of action items Develop visualizations and reports to communicate insights and support decision-making for project initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, business process improvement, or related fields Consultancy experience with large, complex projects Advanced skills in Microsoft products, including Power Apps and Power BI Ability to thrive in autonomous and collaborative virtual environments Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
