Job Description R10095933 CDL B Driver (Local) (Open) Location: Albertville, AL - Retail shop. Key Responsibilities Operate a company-provided CDL B vehicle to drive compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business customers. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections. Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders, Dewars, and supplies. Nurture courteous and professional relationships with customers. Support timely deliveries. Safely secure and unsecure cylinders. Complete deliveries on customer property sites using a hand cart; emphasize physical activity and hands‑on nature. Frequently move in and out of the vehicle as required. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am start; 40 hours per week average. Benefits & Compensation Referral bonus: $500. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 60 days from hire date) and Airbrake endorsements. Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card, and endorsements. No more than two traffic convictions or two at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years. No recent DUI or controlled substance violations. Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment. Be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with material handling equipment. One year of CDL driving experience within the last 5 years or proof of a trucking school certificate completed in the last 12 months.
