IoT Platform Engineer
Experience: 10+ years Certification: CCIE Lab (Required)
Primary Skill: Routing & Switching for IoT
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop lab frameworks to connect IoT endpoints with campus and branch networks, while certifying hardware, software features, and endpoint functionality.
- Define and validate diverse communication scenarios between edge and endpoint devices, including data gathering, aggregation, and analytics capabilities.
- Leverage deep expertise with Cisco and similar vendor solutions in SD-Access (SDA), 802.1x/NAC (Network Admission Control), and TrustSec functionality.
- Configure and manage Cisco IOS-XE products, micro/macro segmentation, and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for SD-Access automation and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior network engineers, and leadership to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
