Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions with physical exams and imaging
• Develop and implement surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
• Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physical therapists, primary care, rehab specialists)
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and follow-up
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Stay current with orthopedic research and advancements
• Uphold ethical standards and hospital policies

What You Need:

• Medical license in Vermont (or eligible for licensure)
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery (preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant surgical experience
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and interpersonal skills
