Employment Type: Full-Time, At-Will

Shift: 3-4 clinic days per week, with access to three new ORs

Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours

License/Certs: Medical license in Vermont, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Prior obstetrics and gynecology practice preferred

Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is likely a placeholder; salary details provided above)

Additional Compensation: Extra call pay for calls beyond scheduled rotation

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic and obstetric consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Maintain consistent surgical volume with access to three state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Provide backup for midwife-led deliveries, including uncomplicated births
• Participate in minimally invasive procedures and assist with complex surgeries
• Share in manageable home call rotations (1 in 4)
• Support a birth center that offers VBACs, water birth, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont
• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Prior obstetric and gynecologic clinical experience

• Experience with minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures
• Commitment to community-based healthcare
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
