Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our team based out of Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support for our CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Provide technical support and training to customers on CNC operations and maintenance.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Travel to customer sites as needed for service calls and installations.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining, or relevant field
Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and Fanuc control systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% total overnight
