Patient Service Representative - Full Time

Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) Location: Narberth, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | No weekends Integrated Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Patient Service Representative to help patients feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their care. Our outpatient practice emphasizes individualized treatment and strong relationships with the people we serve. As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for patients and a partner to our clinical team. You’ll help keep the day running smoothly while making sure patients have a positive experience from their first call through their final visit. What you’ll do Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out. Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule initial evaluations and follow-up visits. Help patients understand appointment details, paperwork, and financial responsibilities. Collect and process copays, coinsurance, and deductible payments. Verify insurance benefits and obtain insurance authorizations. Contact physicians’ offices to obtain prescriptions and referrals. Maintain accurate patient information and handle it with care and confidentiality. Work with therapists to keep schedules organized and follow up with patients who need appointments. Run and update reports that support clinic operations. What we’re looking for A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping people. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy office. Confidence using computers and learning new systems. A team-oriented approach and willingness to take initiative. Insurance experience is a plus, but is not required. Experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, scheduling, or customer service is helpful. Training will be provided.
