Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Working warm leads through to closed transactions.
2. Running buyer and seller consultations, showings, and expectation-setting.
3. Keeping your CRM current — notes, tasks, follow-ups.
4. Guiding clients through listings, offers, and negotiations.
5. Growing your personal brand while riding the team's overall momentum.

What You Bring:

1. A South Carolina real estate license (active, or actively in progress).
2. Strong people skills and a service-first approach.
3. Openness to learning new systems and staying organized.
4. Genuine drive and consistent follow-through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 – $200,000+

Schedule:

1. Self-determined schedule
2. Weekend availability
