MIG Welder – $22+/hr + Profit Sharing

Looking for a welding job where your skills are valued and there's real earning potential? We're hiring MIG Welders to join a growing fabrication team. Great opportunity for welders who enjoy hands-on work, building quality products, and learning new skills in the shop.

• Perform MIG welding on carbon and stainless steel
• Read and work from blueprints
• Fabricate and assemble metal components
• Use tape measures and other basic measuring tools
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed
• Assist with brake presses, drill presses, and other shop equipment
• Inspect work and maintain quality standards

• 6+ months of welding experience or welding school experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality

• MIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• Experience with brake presses or other shop equipment

• $22+/hr starting pay with advancement opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.25/hr.
