Senior Construction Litigation Associate / Senior Counsel Houston, TX A highly regarded Houston law firm is looking to add an experienced construction litigation attorney to its team. This is an opportunity for a senior-level attorney to take on sophisticated commercial construction disputes and play a meaningful role in managing matters from start to finish. The Opportunity Handle complex construction litigation matters involving commercial construction projects. Take ownership of matters and work directly with clients and other attorneys on the team. Represent sophisticated clients in construction-related disputes and litigation. Handle matters through various stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Work on substantive construction disputes rather than an insurance-defense-focused practice. Join an established construction practice with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and continue building a long-term construction litigation practice. Ideal Background 8+ years of litigation experience, with senior associate or senior counsel-level experience. Experience representing owners, developers, general contractors, contractors, or other construction industry clients. Strong experience managing litigation matters with a high degree of independence.
