Outside Sales Representative – Construction Technology Solutions

DC/ Maryland Metro Area 

Full-Time | Base: $50K | OTE: $100+ | Uncapped Commission

RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the Baltimore/MD market . We’re looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experience and a proven track record of winning new business—especially in construction tech, equipment, or industrial solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and social media

• Deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate ROI and client-specific value

• Track and manage deals through every stage using our CRM system

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility owners

• Consistently hit and exceed your sales targets —no cap on your commission potential

• Provide post-sale training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Stay current on industry trends, tech updates, and competitive offerings

• Represent RPG at customer sites, industry events, and demos throughout the territory

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales (preferably selling capital equipment and solutions)

• Strong background in construction, equipment, or technology sales a plus

• A true hunter mentality —you’re proactive, persistent, and results-focused

• Polished communication and negotiation skills

• Experience managing a pipeline through CRM tools

• Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability

• Willingness to travel within territory for in-person meetings and demos

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with presenting digital tools and solutions
