Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerThis is a plant-level maintenance leadership role for someone who combines industrial maintenance management experience with strong electrical and controls expertise. The right person will lead maintenance operations, support equipment reliability, oversee preventive maintenance, and help keep a food manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:Lead and support the maintenance team across electrical, mechanical, facility, and utility needsTroubleshoot complex electrical and control-system issues on industrial production equipmentSupport PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, automated packaging equipment, and related systemsManage preventive maintenance programs, schedules, logs, SOPs, and documentationImprove equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance executionSupport maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, refrigeration, conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systemsEnsure maintenance work is completed safely and in a food-safe mannerTrain, mentor, and hold maintenance team members accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performanceWork cross-functionally with production, safety, and plant leadership to support daily operationsQualifications:Active Oregon Supervisory Electrician license requiredIndustrial manufacturing maintenance experience requiredMaintenance leadership experience requiredStrong electrical troubleshooting and controls backgroundExperience with PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, automated packaging, or industrial control systemsExperience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platformsStrong understanding of industrial machinery, utilities, facility systems, and equipment reliabilityFood or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred, but not requiredHands-on leadership style with the ability to support a 24/7 production environment when neededStrong communication skills and the ability to lead in a manufacturing plant environmentWhat Makes This Opportunity Attractive:Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $130,000Relocation assistance may be availableStrong benefits packageStable food manufacturing environmentBroad maintenance leadership role with electrical, mechanical, utilities, facilities, and automation scopeOpportunity to lead a maintenance team while staying technically involvedThis is a strong fit for someone who has the Oregon Supervisory Electrician license and wants a true maintenance leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
