The Lucky Star and Feather Warrior Casinos are seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide administrative IT support under the IT Supervisor. Responsibilities include handling tickets, assisting staff and vendors, logging issues, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. A focus on clear communication and reliable service is required in a fast-paced casino setting.
