Job responsibilities include:

• Leading Mattress Firm's vision, Company Initiatives, and achieving sales performance goals
• Holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising
• Leading selling programs and driving related KPI results
• Supporting the omni-channel experience
• Developing associates' skills and performance
• Conducting one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations
• Developing a comprehensive team "bio book"
• Conducting workforce management activities
• Ensuring company policies and state regulations are followed
• Providing technical and product knowledge information
• Achieving individual store financial targets
• Ensuring store execution of product merchandising, marketing and POP standards
• Partnering with marketing to implement social media strategy
• Managing stock inventory levels
• Following all Company procedures on cash handling
• Maintaining awareness of competition and developing counter strategies
• Lifting, pushing or pulling 50+ pounds

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $71,000 to $86,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
