At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.ResponsibilitiesProvide and document examinations and evaluationsEstablish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of careFormulate treatment goalsProvide physical therapy intervention to patientsMeasure and report outcomesFormulate and carry out discharge plansSupervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or studentsInteract and practice in collaboration with other professionalsIndividuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and RulesQualificationsJob RequirementsBaccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy.Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.CPR Certification.Preferred Job RequirementsPhysical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
