Program Specialist

Program Specialist
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle administrative matters independently, prioritizing the work to assure that deadlines are met.
- Prepares appropriate responses for the signature of the WRIISC Director on routine matters.
- Responsible for oversight and updates of WRIISC-WOMEN policies and SOPs.
- Responsible for coordinating building maintenance and other required services with engineering for WRIISC.
- Maintains oversight and processes incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memorandum and requests for computer access.
- Assists in personnel management for WRIISC, performing or overseeing the full range of human resources requirements.
- Coordinates personnel actions related to recruitment, salary adjustments, terminations; deals with the Medical Staff office concerning credentialing and privileging issues, as well as assists the Program Officer in maintaining the personnel folders for employees.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
