Job Overview

Must be proficient in non-invasive cardiology studies to include ECHO, EKG, stress testing, TEE studies. Able to perform M-mode, 2-D, color flow Doppler on cardiac neonates, pediatric and adult patients and all other duties as assigned within the cardiology department.

General Responsibilities

Must develop interdepartmental relations and physician relations. Must possess excellent customer service skills and a "can do" attitude. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA Echocardiography Ultrasound school. 1 year experience in non-invasive cardiology echo, EKG, stress, required. Must have adult and pediatric echo experience. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification, required. RCS / RCIS / RCDS, ARDMS licensure or equivalent. ARCS or CCI required. Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
