Sourcing Coordinator

Supporting procurement and contract compliance, the full-time remote Sourcing Coordinator will manage supplier contract relationships, ensure data integrity in contract databases, and facilitate communication between clients and teams. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with requirements Provide data entry and management support via the Sourcing technology platform Track correspondence and authorizations while ensuring due diligence for supplier onboarding Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience Experience supporting real estate, facilities services, or supply chain management Strong organizational skills with analytical ability Proficiency in all MS applications
