Compensation:

$150,400 - $323,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business owners, investors, and property owners to facilitate impactful commercial transactions.
• Guide clients in making informed decisions regarding the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to build a robust book of business.
• Leverage analytical skills to evaluate market trends and property values, enhancing negotiation strategies.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline to ensure steady growth and results each month.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously refine your expertise and approach.
• Utilize proven systems and tools to streamline processes and maximize client satisfaction and deal closures.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
• Ability to analyze market trends and property values, enhancing your negotiation strategies and client offerings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business owners, investors, and property owners.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own book of business while collaborating with team members.
