Real Estate Associate – AmLaw 100 Firm
Location: California
Full-Time
Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2–4 years of transactional real estate experience to join its collaborative real estate practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings. Associates will work with innovative technology and life sciences clients while gaining significant responsibility and direct client exposure.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
- Experience with commercial leasing and purchase and sale transactions required
- California Bar admission required
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range is $235,000–$310,000 , depending on experience and associate year level. Discretionary merit-based bonuses may also be awarded.
