Compensation:

$150,500 - $296,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads promptly, building rapport and trust from the first interaction.
• Qualify potential clients by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and motivations.
• Schedule appointments for our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Follow up with past clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for referrals or repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and data.
• Ability to ask insightful questions to understand client needs and motivations.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls and handling inbound leads efficiently.
