Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves providing care for high-acuity patients in a 19-bed unit, with a focus on obstetric and neonatal care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Myers, Florida
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring class completed and passed; 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience; prior travel experience; Epic electronic medical record system experience; ability to handle high-acuity patients; degree accreditation must be on profile or candidate must have 5 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: AWHONN advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification are preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required; travelers are the first to float, possibly to other sister campuses.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to handle high-acuity patients, and all demographic information (address, email, full date of birth, full Social Security number, RN license number) must be loaded at the time of submission.
