AbitOs, established in 1998, serves individuals and businesses across a wide range of complex tax and advisory matters. This role is crucial for an accounting professional seeking to expand their technical tax knowledge, gain exposure to complex domestic and international matters, and build strong client relationships within a growing CPA firm. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Boca Raton, FL Team: Collaborates with Managers, Partners, and other team members Mission: Support the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and international tax filings and build strong client relationships. Tech Stack: UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystem, QuickBooks, Practice CS What You’ll Actually Do Prepare federal, state, and international tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Prepare and assist with tax forms including 1040, 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, FBAR, and related filings. Review client financial information, then prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers. Assist with tax research, compliance, and client-related projects. Communicate with clients to gather information, resolve questions, and support timely completion of engagements. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. Candidates must possess an understanding of accounting principles, including accrual and cash-basis accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Experience: No specific years of experience are required; however, previous public accounting or tax experience and experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and/or international tax returns are preferred for this role. Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are essential. Candidates must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus: A Master’s degree in Accounting is preferred. Familiarity with UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystem, QuickBooks, and Practice CS is a plus. Exposure to international tax reporting, including Forms 5471, 5472, and FBAR, is also beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
