We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist to help keep the financial side of the business running smoothly as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our operations organized and financially healthy, including:
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Invoicing, collections, and job costing support
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Tracking expenses and vendor accounts
- Maintaining accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (trade/service industry a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Experience with QuickBooks (or similar software)
- Clear communicator who can work with ownership and operations
- Reliable, organized, and trustworthy
