Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare environments
• Strong background in teletherapy practices and virtual service delivery
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions to students with various speech and language needs, both in-person and via teletherapy
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment through advocacy and expertise
