Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Direct experience in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Strong competence with teletherapy platforms for remote services
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to individualized student support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy for students
• Deliver intervention for speech, language, voice, and/or fluency disorders
• Utilize teletherapy tools for remote sessions as needed
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student learning outcomes
• Provide progress monitoring, documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Share insights and recommendations with the school team to promote best practices
