About the Role
The Company is in search of an AI-native SVP / Head of Engineering to spearhead its global technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the engineering performance, technology strategy, and delivery across the product portfolio, with a focus on driving the development of industrial AI-powered enterprise solutions. This pivotal role demands a leader with a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise environments, particularly in delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scale. The SVP will be tasked with leading and scaling high-performing global engineering teams, defining and executing technology and architecture strategies, and ensuring the adoption of AI-native engineering practices to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and have at least 15 years' experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 7 years in senior engineering leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial, sustainability, or operational intelligence domains, and experience in enterprise B2B platforms, cybersecurity, or complex integration ecosystems is desirable. The role requires a strategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused leader with a passion for AI-driven innovation and modern engineering practices. The SVP will also be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent, and must be adept at partnering with product and leadership teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
