Are you a hands-on production leader who thrives on the floor? We're placing a Manufacturing Supervisor I with an established precision manufacturer in the City of Industry — a role that offers real authority, a competitive salary, and bonus potential on day one.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Lead and schedule production teams across the day shift
✅ Drive output, quality, and on-time delivery to budget targets
✅ Own corrective action, root cause, and problem prevention cycles
✅ Develop your team — coach, evaluate, and build high performers
✅ Use SPC and shop floor systems to manage real-time quality
What we're looking for:
2+ years as a lead or associate supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Blueprint reading and shop tool proficiency
Familiarity with ISO standards, SPC, and shop floor systems
B.S. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
Must be a US Person (ITAR requirement)
