Job Title : Product Manager Location: Plano Texas, ( Hybrid, Onsite) Duration:11 Months contract Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution for customer-focused digital products and experiences within the automotive/financial services space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on product leader who can identify value-creation opportunities, translate business strategy into innovative digital products, and lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. This role requires strong customer empathy, business acumen, technology fluency, analytical problem-solving, and transformational leadership. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and customer objectives. Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and create sustainable business value through technology and innovation. Translate complex business strategies and customer needs into intuitive, scalable, and consumer-facing digital products. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, analytics, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver products from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority. Use customer insights, data, research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make product decisions. Establish product goals, success metrics, KPIs, and measurement strategies to evaluate product performance.
