Flagstar Rehab is seeking occupational therapists (OT) for skilled nursing facilities! Flagstar rehab puts occupational therapists in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing their careers and work-life balance. Hourly Pay Rate:

W2: $46

1099: $57

Occupational therapist requirements and responsibilities:

• Current NYS OT license and registration
• Valid BLS certification
• EMR competence
• Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility
• Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable)
• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
