Hospice Nurse RN After Hours On Call

AccentCare is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse RN to provide after-hours on-call support to hospice patients and families. In this field-based role, you will respond to urgent needs, perform assessments, manage pain and symptoms, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. You will deliver bedside care, provide emotional support and education to families, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems. Drawing on Hanford Pharmaceuticals’ culture of collaboration and innovation, you’ll use evidence-based practices and advanced clinical skills to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients at home or in facility settings. This role requires independent decision-making, excellent communication, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the after-hours rotation.
