New Patterns ABA – MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team! As a Behavior Technician , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes and communities

• Work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development
