We provide a nurturing environment where our participants can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), in addition to providing support in residential programs, assists in delivering behavior analytics under the direction of an RBT supervisor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.Participates in delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.Implements behavior interventions, assists in data collection, and provides data reporting on target behaviors.Meets regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.Create opportunities and support individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.Provide services to individuals according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.Maintain required documentation according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.Assists individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.Maintain core training certifications including RBT Certification, CPR/FA, MAP, and Driver Safety.Maintain additional mandated certifications and training as required by the program.Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.Other duties as assigned.Required Education/Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.BA/AA degree preferred; however, minimum of high school degree and two years related experience in a care giving or educational environment; hospital, school, day program, etc. may be substituted.Must have current Registered Behavior Technician certification.Valid Driver's License, good driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicles in the course of employment.Must be MAP certified and CPR CertifiedMust meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements.Required Skills/Knowledge:Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience.Computer literacy includes the ability to proficiently use Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.Why Join Us?Impactful Work: Make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Supportive Team: Be part of a passionate and collaborative team that values your contributions.Professional Growth: Enjoy opportunities for ongoing training and career development.Rewarding Environment: Experience the fulfillment of helping others achieve their fullest potential.Benefits:Generous personal and sick time available to all full and part-time employees.Employer paid Life, Long Term Disability, and AD&D insurance offered at no cost to the employee.Competitive Health, Vision and Dental Insurance with a substantial employer contribution towards the cost.403(b) retirement plan with employer match.$2,500 New Hire Bonus offered after successful 90-day introductory period for Full Time Map Certified hires.
