Impactful R&D Program Manager - Connected Care

Baxter

Baxter is seeking a Program Manager in our Connected Care R&D organization to lead software-focused projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery from discovery through launch. This role directly impacts patient outcomes and device reliability. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and regulatory partners, manage scope and risks, and drive SDLC improvements.
