Senior HVAC Technician

Job Description All Temperature Air is looking to add experienced HVAC technicians to join our growing team. Immediate openings for HVAC technicians with 2 or more years of experience in residential and commercial repairs and maintenance. Candidates must be self‑driven, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and be ready to perform a variety of service calls. Compensation: DOE (depends on experience) Lucrative commissions Paid vacation time Company vehicle Uniforms provided Paid training As a Service/Maintenance Technician, you will work with our commercial and residential customers performing installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of mostly residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial service calls. Execute residential maintenance contracts. Execute large commercial maintenance contracts. Provide outstanding customer service. Perform HVAC performance audits with electronic gauges. Perform start‑up on newly installed equipment. Manage workload and ensure jobs are done correctly. Assist on installations. Diagnose electrical problems. Understand the refrigeration cycle and calculate superheat and subcooling. Repair air‑conditioning split systems, package units, heaters, exhaust fans and refrigeration systems. Perform quality installations on commercial and residential properties. Have a good understanding of airflow and its characteristics. Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle. Lift more than 50 lb. Install residential split systems and package units. Install commercial package units. Additional Technical Skills Controls and electrical work. Zone systems. Bracing / soldering of refrigeration piping and plumbing. Exhaust fans and evaporative coolers. Refrigeration installation experience (plus). Laborer Requirements Mechanically inclined. Basic hand‑tool knowledge and use. Dedicated and reliable. Ability to lift 50+ lb. Qualifications 2+ years residential or light commercial experience. Driver's license with clean driving record. EPA Universal certified. NATE certification (preferred). Own tools of the trade. Must be punctual and reliable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to use company‑provided tablet. Availability for work between 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Willingness to work overtime/on‑call as needed. Knowledge of Southern California geography. #J-18808-Ljbffr
