Data Sales Intern - Year Round

Data Sales Year-Round Intern Assist the Data Sales Group with day‑to‑day activities supporting data sales and distribution. The role supports the global team through inbound inquiries, research, pipeline maintenance, client support, and sales cycle assistance. Responsibilities Research industry events by region and organize them into a calendar Interact with and support clients through inbound inquiries, data requests, and follow‑ups Maintain customer outreach lists and coordinate logistics and materials for events Assist with customer research and survey management Support regions with sales campaign management and provide Salesforce assistance Provide analysis and reporting support for data sales Assist the Business Analyst with projects and reporting Participate in additional business project initiatives Qualifications High School graduate currently enrolled in a four‑year college institution Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field GPA of at least 3.0 Strong Google Workspace skills (required) Familiarity with Salesforce a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a team environment Technical background or demonstrated interest in financial data (strongly preferred) Location & Hours Candidates should be attending a Chicagoland university. Year‑round interns must be able to work in the Chicago office 2–3 times a week. Work hours are 20–30 hours per week during the school year and 30–40 hours per week during the summer. Pay Pay range typically $21.68–$36.10 per hour, dependent on experience, skills, education, location, and internship focus.
