This role bridges administrative functions and clinical collaboration, promoting efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.Implement and manage value-based care strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership.Supervise and support staff performance, development, and team engagement.Manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.Monitor and analyze KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives aligned with care delivery goals.Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Compliance, Population Health) to support integrated care.Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, financial oversight, and operational leadership.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does have supervisory responsibilities.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does have supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinicsBasic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulationsStrong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systemsExperience managing profit and loss (P&L) operationsEffective decision-making and team management abilitiesWORKING CONDITIONSGeneral office working conditions.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
