Our advocacy arm, Bobbie for Change, exists because making great formula isn't enough if the systems around parenthood are still broken. We fight for paid federal parental leave, push for legislation to prevent future formula shortages, advocate for feeding equity, and support families navigating impossible situations, including donating formula to parents impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers through the Bobbie Breasties program. The Role Bobbie is looking for an experienced, bold and detail-obsessed Integrated Marketing Manager to help bring our biggest brand moments to life across every channel. In this role, you'll turn campaign briefs into aligned channel tactics, manage the integrated marketing calendar, and keep every partner on timeline so our campaigns tell a cohesive narrative and drive measurable brand and business growth. You think at a high level and live in the details. You're the go-to partner for our creative team on marketing operations, and Asana is your second home. What You Will Do: Support and Execute Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Support campaign planning and execution across integrated marketing efforts

Ensure channel tactics and deliverables are aligned to brief

Manage integrated marketing calendar and respective inputs from cross-channel partners driving alignment across launches, campaigns, promotions and key moments Manage integrated campaign timelines, channel tactic deliverables and briefing process within Asana in partnership with channel partners

Serve as main POC for Creative PM and operations org in campaign management and roll-out

Serve as primary POC for creative organization on campaign tactics, messaging strategy and deliverables across channels Coordinate campaign hindsighting process, partnering with marketing leads, to analyze campaign performance, establish key learning and inform future campaign strategies Track and report on monthly competitive landscape across channels What we would like you have: At least 5 years of experience performing responsibilities as a Marketing Manager, ideally in a startup environment or at CPG brand (experience in eCommerce / DTC a plus!) Compensation Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).
