Lead Patient Care Technician Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Lead Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team that provides direct care to behavioral health patients and offers oversight and support to PCTs assigned to their shift. The Lead PCT coordinates with Registered Nurses (RN), Patient Care Technicians (PCT), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioners (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care are provided to all presenting for services. The Lead PCT is responsible for the safety and operational effectiveness of the unit they are assigned to, including identifying environmental and patient‑specific safety concerns, directing staff during non‑violent physical interventions, seclusion and restraint episodes, and providing direct patient care when needed. The Lead PCT is expected to have full knowledge of program policy and procedures. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred. One (1) or more years of health care related experience where prior exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is adequate. Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is preferred but not required. Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid within the State of Arizona) is preferred but not required. Valid identification required.
