Travelers is seeking a Managing Director for Ocean Marine in the Charlotte area to lead underwriting teams and drive profitable growth. You will partner with regional leadership to set strategies, manage broker relationships, and oversee complex, high-value deals.
The role requires 8–10 years in underwriting, leadership experience, and deep Ocean Marine product knowledge, with CPCU preferred. Travel to meet clients and agents will be expected as part of the role.
