Industrial Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing processes, systems, and equipment in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a significant impact on our clients' operations. The position is in beautiful northeastern Iowa. Salary: $75,000 - $90,000. Key Responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve processes and workflows Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs Design and implement new processes, systems, and equipment to improve productivity Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth implementation Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in processes Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures Monitor and track process improvements and report on key performance indicators Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, required Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma Excellent project management skills Experience with process mapping and time and motion studies Knowledge of engineering software Strong communication and interpersonal skills We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to a variety of industries and projects Supportive and inclusive company culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
