Senior Digital Project Manager

Role Description

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, your primary role involves overseeing the execution of integrated media and a full range of digital marketing agency services. Secondarily, you will work on the websites of our digital brands where projects cover development, updating, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance. You bring a deep understanding of the media landscape, including both the digital publishing world and offsite media (META, Google, TikTok, etc.) campaign management. This knowledge enables you to effectively plan and deliver a diverse range of projects. You are solution-oriented and can problem-solve quickly in our fast-paced digital environment.

Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also within the defined scope. This encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Defining project objectives
• Establishing timelines
• Managing resources
• Overseeing the overall success of media-focused digital initiatives

Here's a snapshot of the activities that will fill your day:

• Overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• Developing plans, workback schedules, and leveraging budgeting tools to ensure projects stay within budget and fulfill the scope
• Creating and managing tasks for team members to deliver on deadlines and related work to the scope
• Working directly with the Client to ensure seamless delivery of all project goals are met
• Capturing clear and concise notes for all client meetings to support with meeting recaps to the client with actionable takeaways
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams such as the marketing, creative & technology departments
• Organizing and presenting project information that is appropriate for the audience

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding from start to finish of digital campaigns
• Ability to work alongside the strategist to effectively execute and manage digital campaigns with agility
• Experience working with clients to understand their business goals and deliver measurable results
• Strong relationship management skills, clear communication, and high levels of professionalism
• Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including paid media vendors
• Ability to develop recommendations for leveraging data, performance results, and technology
• Strong client management skills and ability to facilitate client meetings
• Ability to define project objectives and manage day-to-day delivery efforts
• Value Creation: Maximizing the utilization of budgets and going beyond for each client
• Ability to define objectives, foster new ideas, determine priorities, implement new strategies, measure and analyze results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field; PMP certification is a plus
• 5 years of experience in project managing digital media campaigns, performance marketing, and website development
• Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of marketing technology stacks
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, and more
• Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent tools
