Accounts Payable Clerk Duties Post entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems. Respond to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems. Serve as project team member for process improvement initiatives. Enter cash transactions in ledgers and reconciling cash reports; preparing bank deposits.
