Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead project planning and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and resources for project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Track project performance, schedule, and budget.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably wood-framed buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
